| Customer Reviews: All I get is FM Stations!!!!! April 12, 2010 Beth A. Hafele (Williston ND USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I could not get this to work for any of my TV's at all as all I got was FM Stations. I didn't order this to listen to the damn radio, I ordered it to not disturb my neighbors when I am watching TV!!!! Very Disappointed and I want my money back or something that will work for my TV watching in the Middle of the night. The only way I did get it to work was hooking it up to my stereo with the WIRED CORD THAT CAME WITH FOR AN IPOD AND I AM THINKING 'WHAT THE HELL' I ORDERDED THIS TO BE WIRE FREE AND THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I GOT IT TO WORK----ITS A PIECE OF CRAP!!!!

I've tried more expensive wireless headphones and liked them a lot less. These are not for those of you looking for the little nearly weightless variety of headphones. These are full size over the ear sound isolating headphones. The sound is clear, and to my much abused ears sounds great, just like the source. The only flaw to my way of thinking is the controls that are on the headphones themselves. These headphones can also be used with an iPod by using an included wire, or as an fm radio. Unfortunately there is a scan button used to tune from station to station when using the fm radio built into the headphones. This button is right next to the volume control/on-off switch so I find myself clicking out of my tv program audio into an fm radio program. When all you wanted to do was change the volume; it can be kind of jarring at two in the morning.
While these a bigger then the in-the-ear type they are comfortable and it's easy to forget they're ther
When I think about spending up to $100 on other wireless headphones in the past; I feel pretty stupid.
Unless your a strict audiophile these will almost certainly make you happy. And not because of the way they work but because you'll be able to think about all the money you saved.
If they redesigned the controls I would give these five stars. They're a 9 out of 10.
Update March 3, 2010: I've had a little more time to use these headphones and have found a couple small problems. First I'm getting interference (buzzing and clicking) from our iPhones and sometimes my Macbook. Secondly the range for reception seems to be a little spotty. I've noticed it starts cutting out at about 15 to 20 feet and sometimes it may lose the signal all together. And that leads to my last and third issue. When the signal cuts out you I have to click off the headphones using the on/off switch on the headphones. These things aren't a deal breaker for me I still like them. They are so reasonably priced i've learned to just take them off when I get up if I'm going to walk more then a few feet from the TV
