I had few issues with it. 1 volune is quiet (of the ringer and voice). Could not get it to register hand sets. Overall subpar.

This ia a great mid priced phone for anyone looking for a landline phone. I've been a fan of panasonic phones for the quality, durability, and features. The only complaint I have is I could not switch off the speaker, once i entered that mode. Other then that a great phone.

Refubished items are usually good buys, but this set of phones did wierd things from the the very start!! it dialed all by its self and the battery sometimes charged and sometimes it wouldn't And it disconnects in the middle of dialing and other things... BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF >>>>FANTASTIC!!<<
