 Overpriced and no instructions August 22, 2010

It's overpriced for what it is--a handset for a wireless phone (not a cell phone), but Panasonic said no other manufacturer's phone will work with my Panasonic base unit, and I needed an additional location. I don't notice anything special about voice quality, build appears to be sturdy, it has a number of features, but comes with no instructions on what they are, let alone how to use them. At this price, it should have.

phone's ok, what gets me is when you push the speakerphone button, say you want to hear handsfree when your called party answers while you do something else, you cannot go back to privacy conversation, you're stuck on speakerphone for that call.have not used the number programming or voice mail features, no help from me on these.

the phone is great and very user friendly, a real quality product.also pretty shock proof. to sum it up i would rate BUY on this handset.
Refurbs fill our need June 5, 2010

We needed 3 additional extensions on our opone system. The cost of the refurbed phones was perfect for our use. The quality of the refurbs was excellent (which was our worry when purchased). After 3 months of heavy use, the phones have provided excellent service. This was a good investment.
